5. Intellectual property
The texts, visuals, illustrations, the Memoback name and logo, and the app are protected by intellectual property law. Any full or partial reproduction or display without our permission is prohibited, except where the law allows it (article L. 122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
The website uses the Instrument Sans and Instrument Serif fonts, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and Lucide icons, licensed under the ISC license. Apple, App Store, Google Play and Facebook are trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Personal data and cookies
The website sets no cookies and uses no advertising tools. It measures its traffic with PostHog, without a persistent identifier, and you can refuse this measurement. Only the account deletion page may, at your request, load the Google, Apple or Facebook sign-in services. How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.
